Tekflair's services include:
Stream 1 – Lateral


  • Hire candidates on its roles who are Engineering / Science graduates / Diploma holders with minimum IT experience of 1 – 3 years with smaller IT companies or other verticals from tier I,II & III cities.
  • Impart training using recommended methodologies and curriculum for a period of 3-4 weeks of training. Ensure periodic review during training.
  • Deploy candidates on projects as “shadow resources” for a period of 1 month or less till they are ready to take up billable role.
  • Deploy candidates (contract mode) on billable roles for 12 months with periodic performance review.
  • Provide an option to hire at the end of 12 months of billing to the client.
Stream 2 – Rookies

  • Hire Rookies on its roles who are Engineering / Science graduates / Diploma holders from commercial training institutes across India and other colleges in tier II & III cities where the larger IT companies do not visit for campus recruitment.
  • Impart training using recommended methodologies and curriculum for a period of 12- 16 weeks of training. Ensure periodic review during training.
  • Reduce the cost of training by engaging with & utilizing the facilities of various colleges/ institutions across India.
  • Deploy candidates on projects as “shadow resources” for 3 months or less till they are ready to take up billable roles.
  • Deploy candidates (contract mode) on billable roles for 12 months with periodic performance review.
  • Provide an option to hire at the end of 12 months of billing to the client.
  • Tekflair thus provides a “Trained Virtual Bench” for its clients.
Benefits for IT companies


The above proposal has many advantages for the IT companies:
  • Zero salary cost during training, shadow (on the job) training and bench.
  • Better utilization rates as they have “on demand” pool of talent to be tapped.
  • Relatively lower Infrastructure costs associated with training, bench etc.
Tekflair also assures that all processes associated with pre-selection, hiring, training, post training evaluation etc will be strictly adhered to as per respective IT companies’ process guidelines. In addition, out of every 100 associates, 80 are expected to be selected by the IT companies post the training and “on the job shadow training” which ensures a higher standard of selection criteria.

The savings for the IT companies is in the order of INR 71 million for a team of 1000 associates for a period of 12 months.
